• What we collect: the business and contact details you give us — your name, business name, contact details, billing and delivery address, and your order or enquiry history.
• Automatic data: basic technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and cookie data to keep the site working and understand how it's used.
• How we use it: to process and deliver your orders, answer enquiries, manage your trade account, handle returns, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and — only where you've agreed — send you trade updates.
• Lawful basis: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, and your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies.
• Sharing: we only share data with those who help us run the business — payment providers, delivery couriers and IT or analytics providers. We never sell your personal data.
• Keeping it: we hold your data only as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal and accounting duties and resolve any disputes.

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Bullstrode Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We sell on a business-to-business basis only. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms together with our Privacy and Cookie policies.

• Trade customers: our products and prices are for business customers buying for resale or business use, not for consumers.
• Products & pricing: we describe products and trade prices as accurately as we can, but details, packaging and availability can change. Prices usually exclude VAT and delivery and are confirmed when we quote or accept your order.
• Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we accept and confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a genuine pricing error has occurred — and will refund anything already paid.
• Payment: orders are paid by secure bank transfer or card, due before dispatch unless agreed credit terms are in place.
• Title & risk: risk passes to you on delivery or collection; ownership of the goods stays with us until we have been paid in full.
• Our content: the text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Bullstrode or our partners and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
• Acceptable use: please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.
• Liability: we provide this website on a reasonable-efforts basis and aren't responsible for indirect or business losses or for matters outside our reasonable control. We don't exclude any liability that can't be excluded under law.
• Changes & law: we may update these terms from time to time, and they are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We hold stock in the UK and aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably, by collection or delivery.

• Collection: you're welcome to collect from us by prior arrangement — we'll confirm a time once your order is ready. Collection is free of charge.
• Where we deliver: we deliver across the UK mainland. For non-mainland or international delivery, please contact us before ordering.
• Dispatch time: in-stock orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days. This can take a little longer during busy periods.
• Delivery times & costs: charges depend on the size, weight and destination of your order and are confirmed on your quote before you commit. Bulk and pallet orders are quoted individually.
• Couriers & tracking: orders are sent with trusted UK couriers and pallet carriers, and you'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
• Checking your delivery: please check your goods on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect.
• Delays: occasionally delivery can take longer for reasons outside our control. If your order seems delayed, get in touch and we'll help track it down.

We want you to be happy with every order. As a trade supplier, here's how returns work.

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: please tell us promptly — ideally within 48 hours for transit damage — with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
• Returns window: faulty or damaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, with proof of the fault.
• Condition: to qualify for a refund, items should be unused, in resellable condition and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase such as your order number.
• Starting a return: email us with your order number and the reason, and we'll confirm the next steps and the return address.
• Return postage: unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is yours — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for parcels lost on their way back to us.
• Refunds: made to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item, normally within 5–10 working days.
