We Buy Your Stock From Overseas Suppliers So You Do Not Have To
Bullstrode Ltd buys goods abroad for UK trade buyers. Say what you want made or bought, how many you need, and what you can pay. We go to our suppliers overseas, agree a price, and get the goods to you. Most of our work is toys, electronics and phone accessories.
Tell Us What You NeedAbout Bullstrode
A London based B2B sourcing and procurement company. Trade buyers tell us what they need, and we buy it from our suppliers abroad.
How We Work
Bullstrode Ltd buys goods for other businesses. You send us a product, a price to aim at and a number. We ask the factories and export agents we deal with abroad, get proper quotes back, and tell you which ones are worth taking. If the price works, we place the order and see it through to your door.
Most of our buying is toys, electronics and phone, tablet and iPad accessories. We know the pack sizes, the box counts and the paperwork those goods need. That is where we started. It is not the limit of what we will go and find for you.
We sell to businesses only: shops, market traders, online resellers and other trade buyers.
Suppliers We Already Know
Our supplier network covers China, India and the Far East. Most are factories and export agents we have dealt with before. We know who answers the phone and who ships on time.
Routes and Order Sizes That Fit
A pallet of screen protectors and a container of ride-on toys do not travel the same way. We choose how goods move, and how many you order, to suit the product and the money you want tied up in it.
One Person to Call
You deal with us, not with four factories in three time zones. We chase the supplier, check the paperwork and tell you where your order is.
Sourcing and Procurement
Everything else on this page hangs off these four services. Take one of them, or take all four.
Product Sourcing
Give us a product and a price to aim at. We go to makers and stockholders, weigh what they quote against what they can really build, then bring you two or three choices worth a proper look.
Procurement Management
We check the supplier out before a penny leaves your account. Then we place the order, watch the production run, book quality checks where they are worth doing, and put the goods together so they travel as one load.
Flexible Trade Routes & Volumes
A few boxes flown in to test a market, or a full container once the numbers add up. We set the route, the way it ships and how many you order to suit the product and the budget, not a fixed rule.
One Person Looks After You
One phone number, one email address, one person who already knows your job. Time zones, language and chasing a factory for news are our problem. You just get the answer.
A first order for a new shop, or a repeat container for a big wholesaler: both are normal work here. Tell us what you need and we will price it, landed in the UK.
Got a Line You Want Brought In
Send over the product, the number you want, and what you can afford to pay. Then we tell you what our suppliers can do, the full cost of getting it into the UK, and how long it takes.
Send Us the DetailsWhat We Offer
The B2B services that go around a buying job, right through from first quote to goods on your floor.
Trade Supply
Toys, electronics and phone accessories bought in for shops, market traders and online resellers.
Bulk Order Management
Big orders handled start to finish, with amounts matched to the pack sizes and box counts the factory really uses.
Freight and Delivery
Goods moved from the supplier to your door by our freight partners, by air or by sea to suit the job.
Quotes and Full Costs
A price per item with the shipping, duty and VAT shown next to it, so you can work out your profit before you say yes.
Quality and Safety Checks
We look at samples and check the paperwork against UK safety and labelling rules before the supplier seals the boxes.
Trade Support
Repeat orders, changes and progress news all come from the person who took your first call.
How Your Goods Move
Bullstrode does not run its own storage. We use partners who do this for a living, and we pick the right ones for each shipment.
Storage & Warehousing Partners
Outside sites take the goods in when a load arrives before you need all of it. You pay for the pallet spaces you use, nothing more.
Freight & Shipping
Freight firms book the sea or air leg, sort the shipping papers and tell us the sailing date. Small urgent runs go by air. Big ones go in a container.
Customs Clearance Agents
Licensed agents handle the import paperwork, put the right customs code on it and pay the duty and VAT, so your goods are not held at the port.
Inspection & Quality Checks
Inspectors open boxes at the factory and count what is really inside. A wrong colour, a short count or a missing plug is cheap to fix before the container is closed.

Why Trade Buyers Use Bullstrode
Six reasons buyers give us the job instead of dealing with the factories themselves.
Wide Sourcing Reach
One job can cover toys, electronics and the phone accessories that sell beside them. That means fewer suppliers for you to set up, chase and pay.
Prices Close to Source
You buy near the factory price. We show you what the goods cost, what the shipping costs, and what we charge.
Order Sizes That Fit
A test run of a few hundred pieces, or a full container. The amount suits the product and your budget, and we tell you when a small run pushes the price too high.
Straight Answers on Lead Time
You get a date we believe in, and a call if it slips. Chinese New Year and port hold-ups are pointed out when we quote, not on the day the goods were due.
Checked Before It Ships
We check samples, labels and paperwork against UK safety and labelling rules while the goods are still at the supplier.
The Same Person Every Time
Your first enquiry, your order and your repeat order all go through one person here. You never explain the job twice.
How We Buy, and How You Can Use Us
The rules we follow with every supplier, and the ways a trade customer can work with us.
Sourcing Policy
We follow these with every supplier before a first order, and check them again on repeat business.
We look at trading history, references, how much a factory can really make and which certificates it holds. All of that comes before a first order.
Anything new starts with samples. If a factory visit is worth arranging, we do that too. Both happen while the order can still be stopped.
Goods must meet UK safety, conformity and labelling requirements. Certificates and labels get read against what is really in the box, while the goods are still at the supplier.
A supplier has to obey the law on employment, on workplace safety and on the environment. We will not knowingly buy from forced, bonded or child labour. A factory found using it is dropped.
UK customs and import rules decide how a load is declared. Every one goes out with full, correct paperwork and a customs code we can stand behind, never a guess.
Ways You Can Use Us
Take the whole job or take one piece of it. Both are fine.
Bring us the item, the amount and the price you need to beat. We tell you what is possible before you spend anything, including when the honest answer is no.
We track down firms that can make it, check they are real and still trading, and line up their quotes so you compare like with like.
We book the shipping through partners, pass the import paperwork to a customs agent, and keep you posted on the sailing and the clearance.
Once a product sells, we reorder it on a timetable that matches how fast you sell, instead of waiting for you to run out.
Some buyers already have a factory and just want a second look at the price, the terms or the paperwork. We do that on its own, without touching the order.
How You Pay Us
We agree how you pay on the quote, before any order goes to the supplier.
Questions Buyers Ask Us
The five things new trade customers usually want to know before they get in touch.
Do you sell to the public or to businesses only?
Businesses only. We work with shops, market traders, online resellers and other trade buyers. We do not sell single items to members of the public.
Does Bullstrode own any storage?
It does not. If a load has to be held somewhere, it goes into an outside warehouse and you pay for the pallet spaces that job uses. Shipping, customs and inspections work the same way, through partners we pick for each job.
Is there a minimum order?
The factory sets it, not us. Some products start at a few hundred pieces, others at a full box run. We put the real number on your quote, and tell you where a bigger run brings the price down enough to be worth it.
How long does it take?
Quotes usually come back inside a week. After that it is making time plus shipping time: air takes days, sea takes several weeks door to door. We put a date on the quote and tell you early if a supplier or a port pushes it back.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, or debit and credit card. Regular trade customers can ask for account terms once we have traded together for a while. We agree the method on the quote before anything goes to a supplier.

Store Policies
This explains what personal data Bullstrode Ltd keeps, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Your rights come from UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- What you give us: your name, the business you buy for, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, and a record of your orders and questions.
- What the site records: your IP address, what device and browser you arrived on, and cookie data. That keeps the site working and shows us how it gets used.
- Why we keep it: to quote and place orders, answer questions, sort out problems with a delivery, stop fraud, meet our legal duties, and send trade news if you asked for it.
- Why we are allowed to: to carry out the contract we have with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, and the consent you give for marketing and for any non-essential cookie.
- Who else sees it: payment providers, freight and courier partners, customs agents, and the IT and analytics suppliers who keep this site running. Your personal data is never sold.
- How long we keep it: as long as an order, a legal duty or an accounts record needs, and no longer.
- What you can ask for: a copy of your data, a fix to it, its deletion, a limit on how it is used, an objection to us using it, or the withdrawal of a consent you gave earlier.
- Getting in touch: email [email protected]. If our answer does not satisfy you, the ICO takes complaints at ico.org.uk.
These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from Bullstrode Ltd, which is registered in England and Wales. We trade business to business. Browsing here or placing an order means you accept these terms, together with our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.
- Trade customers: our products and prices are for business customers buying for resale or business use. We do not sell to members of the public.
- Products & pricing: we describe products and trade prices as accurately as we can, but the spec, the packaging and what is available all change. Prices normally leave out VAT and delivery, and are fixed when we quote or accept an order.
- Orders: an order is your offer to buy. The contract starts when we accept and confirm it. We may turn one down or cancel it, for example where a supplier cannot supply or where a price was shown wrongly by mistake. Anything already paid is refunded.
- Payment: by bank transfer or card, due before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
- Title & risk: risk passes to you on delivery or collection. The goods stay ours until we have been paid in full.
- Our content: the wording, the pictures, the logo and the layout here belong to Bullstrode or to our partners. Do not copy or reuse any of it without asking us first.
- Acceptable use: use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, misuse it, or get into it or its systems without permission.
- Liability: we run this website with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or business losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here removes liability that the law says we cannot remove.
- Changes & law: these terms may be updated from time to time. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Bullstrode Ltd does not run its own storage. Goods move through freight firms, customs agents and outside warehouse partners that we pick for each shipment.
- How goods travel: from the supplier by sea or by air, depending on how much there is and how fast you need it. Every quote says which one it assumes.
- Import and customs: a licensed customs agent handles the paperwork and pays the duty and VAT. How long this takes depends on the port and the type of goods.
- Holding an order: if you cannot take a whole load at once, we put it with a warehouse partner and send it out as you ask for it. We pass on the storage cost with nothing added.
- Final delivery: we arrange UK mainland delivery by courier or pallet carrier. For islands or overseas delivery, tell us before you order so we can price it properly.
- Costs: shipping, duty, VAT and any storage are set out on the quote before you commit. Bulk and container loads are priced one by one.
- Tracking: you get the sailing or flight details, then the courier tracking once the goods are on the last leg.
- Checking a delivery: check the goods on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is short, damaged or wrong, so we can raise it with the carrier or the supplier in time.
- Delays: making time, weather, busy ports and customs can all move a date. If something slips, we tell you as soon as we know.
We buy goods to a spec you have agreed. If a delivery does not match it, this is how we deal with it.
- The agreed spec: every order goes out against a written spec covering the product, the packaging, the labels and the amount. Any claim is measured against that.
- Before it ships: if we arrange an inspection, problems found at the factory get fixed or the order is held. This is the point where a fault costs the least.
- Short or damaged on arrival: tell us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Damage in transit is claimed from the carrier or the insurer, and we handle that claim for you.
- Goods that miss the spec: if the goods do not match what was agreed, we take it up with the supplier and push for a replacement, a repair or money back on your behalf.
- What we do not offer: we do not run a stock return service. Goods bought to your order are not sale or return, and a factory will not take goods back because you changed your mind.
- Raising an issue: email us with the order number, the problem and photos. Within two working days we will tell you what we are doing about it.
